Thank you for your interest in learning more about the Dodgen Foundation.
The Foundation was created in 2014, giving the community an opportunity to provide funding where Cobb County resources fall short. A Foundation Board, consisting of parent volunteers and staff/administration representation, was formed to assess the needs of the school and determine fundraising priorities, always looking to benefit as many students as possible. Each fall, beginning on Panther Day, an Annual Fundraising Drive is held to raise funds for the set initiatives. Due to the generosity of many, over $300,000 has been raised since the Foundation’s inception and invested in many areas of the school. This ranges from providing opportunities for teacher development and collaboration, classroom resources to a full-time technology manager. This has been, and continues to be, possible only because of the outpouring of support from the Dodgen community. We are sincerely thankful. We look forward to the year ahead. Together, we make Dodgen the best place for our students and those to follow. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at DodgenFoundationPresident@gmail.com. Thank you for your continued support. |
